Sending Receipts for Promotion purposes
Here we will learn about the promotions management feature.
You can use Kweeri for many receipts and receipts sources, from mobile app to server. But also for different purposes, from just data extraction to marketing promotion validation.
With an important amount of receipts it quickly becomes cumbersome to browse and retrieve them without additional organisation. So we have designed some ways to organise and manage your receipts and other features offered by our solution. This organisation is brought by campaigns and endpoints.
You can either send receipts with or without validation rules.
Endpoints simply are anchors to retrieve a set of receipts.
To understand what is an endpoint, see this article
To learn more about endpoints retrieve the specific endpoints documentation via API here
Campaigns are also anchors to retrieve a set of receipts but they carry a rules validation logic. You can create campaigns thanks to the Promotions feature.
You can configure validation rules via our web platform : see here the guide to get started.
If you want to create a campaign via our API, you can check out this article.
You can also configure validation rules via our API. Learn how to do it in this article.

What are validation rules?
A campaign represents a promotion campaign valid during a certain period of time and linked to a set of rules that have to be matched during receipt analysis.
Any document that is processed in the context of a campaign will be checked against the set of rules.
In this example we can see that one of the rules has not been matched for the minimum required amount spent for the searched product (here "Harry's bread")
A Promotion campaign is composed of:
